While working from home certainly has its perks (an extra hour in bed, no commute, free coffee) it also has some downsides, including the toll it’s taking on our backs and necks.
Sitting at an office desk for eight hours every day is bad enough, but sitting at a dining table on a dining chair, on the sofa or in bed is far, far worse for our posture. Over time, obvious problems start to arise, from neck pain to muscle spasms, to general tightness in the shoulders.
