Low Pressure Fitness
The LPF system is based on the hypopressive technique, that is a type of exercise that has as main focus the contraction of the abdomen, promoting a stretching of the fasciae, which are the tissues that involve muscle groups, nerves and blood vessels.
In addition, it is a respiratory and postural technique, improving its central stabilization system, normalizing intra-abdominal pressure and basal muscle tone, which is the state of the muscle at rest.
The main benefits of LPF are:
- Tone of the abdominal-perineal muscles (Pelvic Floor)
- Improve posture treating back pain
- Prevent all types of hernias (abdominal, Inguinal, vaginal etc.)
- Regulate and / or improve breathing patterns
- Prevent and / or reduce the symptoms of incontinence
- Prevent and / or reduce abdominal diastasis
- Decreased abdominal circumference (3 to 12cm)
